Kendre Harrison has been sitting on a call as his junior season got here to an in depth, and now was the time to place it in movement.
Harrison, Rivals‘ No. 1 tight finish within the 2026 recruiting class out of North Carolina and a multi-sport standout, gave a dedication to Oregon on Saturday.
The Geese have been among the many leaders within the clubhouse for Harrison, the No. 12 total recruit within the Rivals250 for subsequent 12 months’s cycle. They pushed towards the highest of the checklist after Harrison’s first two visits out to Eugene this summer season and in-season for the Ohio State recreation.
Dan Lanning and the whole Oregon teaching workers made an enormous splash with the elite tight finish from afar.

Harrison was satisfied that Oregon was proper because of the success of the Geese’ tight ends within the offense and the constant focus from the teaching workers.
“I’ve recognized the place I used to be going for some time now,” he detailed.
“They actually simply did the small, extra-mile issues that different colleges didn’t,” Harrison continued. “Simply at all times protecting in touch and ensuring our relationship is tight.”
Lanning, Will Stein, and Drew Mehringer all had roles to play in courting the elite tight finish to the Pacific Northwest.
“Oregon has a brilliant future,” Harrison defined. “They’re a superb faculty, they use the tight ends properly, they usually have an ideal teaching workers. Eugene is a phenomenal, laid-back place. I can’t wait to get again.”
